Biosynthesis of metal nanoparticles using microorganisms and its medicinal applications

Nanotechnology is one of the most important technologies that enter into multiple fields, as it depends on synthesis particles with nano scale called nanoparticles (NPs). Biosynthesis can be done using plants or microorganisms; however, NPs microorganisms economical and an ecofriendly method. This review article provides highlights latest studies diverse such as; bacteria, actinobacteria, fungi algae for biosynthesis some metal including; silver, gold, palladium, selenium, magnesium, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide.. etc, under simple manufacturing conditions within a short period ranges from few minutes to several days. The resulting mostly show anti-fungal potential towards fungal species cause human diseases mainly; Candida albicans Aspergillus niger. Moreover, has antibacterial efficacy against Staphylococcus aureus Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which recently become less affected by antibiotics like penicillin methicillin. will help researchers who work in nano-medical application fields.
